As you can see, my wit and motivation to move have returned now that my pain problems have been addressed. It is especially difficult when you are younger than 50 to adequately explain to others - and even those among the medical community - that you do indeed suffer tremendously from osteoarthritis in your knees and feel as though someone has impaled your leg joints with a medium-sized Phillips-head screwdriver. Here's another "MIJ-it" kit for me to work on!
