It has been a while since I updated my inventory on the assortment of hi-hat cymbals that I have collected, so I think I will do that now. Here's what I have on hand at the moment:
1 - LUDWIG 10" Sock Hats
2 - ZILDJIAN 12" A. Hats
3 - SABIAN 13" Hand-Hammered
4 - ZILDJIAN 13" Quick Beats
5 - ZILDJIAN 14" New Beats
6 - ZILDJIAN 14" Quick Beats
I also have two WUHAN 10" Splashes that I use as mini-hi-hats, but they are listed in my inventory under "Splashes and Crashes." Since I have the "high end" covered, I think one day I will venture in the other direction and try some lower-pitched 15" hats or maybe even larger. It seems the young whippersnappers are doing this kind of thing nowadays and it slightly interests me.
