RESTORING "VINTAGE" HI-HATS

This is a set of Zildjian 14" New Beat Hi-Hat cymbals that I picked up on Ebay recently.  I got a good deal on them because they are "vintage," which simply means they are old and dirty.  With a little effort, I can take these used cymbals and make them look good again.  The secret is in the polish and the polishing method, neither of which I will discuss here.

Here is a photo of the same set of cymbals after a thorough cleaning:

See the difference?  I should hope so.  Now these "vintage" cymbals could sell for a much better price, if I had any interest in selling them, which I don't.

Another successful Percussion Restoration well executed, if I say so myself, which I do.
