MISCELLANEOUS "BELLS AND WHISTLES"

Here is an assortment of unusual percussion instruments from my collection.  These are sound effects and so forth that most normal drummers don't typically have or utilize in their music, but being an enthusiast of all kinds of percussive noises I am attracted to these oddities.  See if you recognize any of these:
