NEW TREEWORKS CHIMES ARE A LITTLE FLAT

According to my own personal opinion, Treeworks is a company that not only makes the best aluminum bar chimes, but also ranks high in my scorebook because of their innovative attitude and willingness to offer new and exciting products.  Check out their website HERE to see, in addition to their wide variety of aluminum bar chimes, things like their Triangle Tree, Finger Cymbal Tree and the unusual and quirky-looking TreCoil Spring Tree (a little pricey but cool-sounding).

But here's a new and completely unique item that isn't even on the website yet: the Treeworks Flat Bar Chime set.  Unlike typical bar chimes that are solid or hollow tubes cut into varying lengths, these are flat aluminum bars similar to the bars on a bell set but much lighter in weight and tone.

As a lover of noises and collector of percussion instruments of all kinds, I always enjoy finding something unique in appearance and sound with which I can experiment.  This chime set definitely fits that bill.  They look cool, they sound cool, and they are cool.  I would describe for you in detail the beautiful tinkling sound they make and perhaps post a video portraying the same, but that would defeat the purpose of me searching the world for hours on end, seeking to obtain for myself weird and fantastical things that make distinct and peculiar noises no one else can produce.
